The Sandy Hook Bay Anglers Fishing club began in the late 1970s as the Hobos. Based in the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Harbor all these years, we have evolved from a group of “fishing buddies”. Our organization throughout the years has supported a number of environmental improvements and improved fishing regulations that benefit Recreational anglers like ourselves.

We have also been able to introduce younger generations to fishing and those who would not have the opportunity to enjoy fishing as we do. Our Annual Fluke tournament supports our social and environmental endeavours.
